ACP Administration Building
- Built by the U.S., inaugurated on July 15, 1914, exactly a month before the official opening of the Panama Canal
- Houses the offices of the Autoridad del Canal de Panamá (Panama Canal Authority)
- At the bottom of the slope, a monument dedicated to the chief canal engineer, George W. Goethals, who initiated construction of the Canal building
- The grass area represents the size of a lock chamber
- The height of the hill is 87 feet which is the height of Lake Gatun above sea level
- Glass cupola is the focal point of the lobby
- Four murals showing: excavation of the Gaillard Cut, construction of the Gatún Dam, construction of one of the Gatún Lock gates, building of the Miraflores Locks
- Murals done by New York painter William B. Van Ingen who also did murals for the Library of Congress in Washington and the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia
- Largest group of murals by an American artist on display outside the USA
- A frieze immediately below the murals presents a panorama of the excavation of Gaillard Cut
All but one of the eight marble columns were installed upside-down! By the time anyone noticed, it was too late to correct the error

To get access you can talk to the guardhouse using the intercom and they might let you in to the visitor carpark, right in front of the building. Otherwise find a park in the street outside.
